Professional Research Paper Editing Services For Scholars & Students

You can convey your requirements to the writer via email. We, therefore, advise you to regularly check your emails as we will be forwarding queries from the writer to you as well.

We have an in-house recruitment team that handles the selection of writers. Most of our writers hold a Master’s degree; some even hold a PhD degree. We make sure to check their photo ID and proof of academic qualifications before offering work. Our quality control team then assigns sample tests to the candidates, through which we thoroughly test them before offering a position.

Turnaround depends on word count and depth, but most papers are returned within 3–7 days, with faster delivery available on request. When you share your manuscript and deadline, we’ll confirm an exact schedule before you pay, so your editing slots in comfortably ahead of any journal or supervisor submission date.

Pricing is quoted per project, based on word count, subject complexity and the level of editing you need—language polish only, or deeper structural work. Send us your paper for a free, no-obligation quote. You’ll see the full cost upfront, with no hidden fees added once the work has begun.

Our editors correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and academic tone, then refine clarity, flow, structure and consistency across references and formatting. We don’t alter your data, findings or arguments. You receive a tracked-changes file plus a clean copy, so you can review every edit before approving the final version.

Yes. Once your edited paper is delivered, you can request revisions if anything needs further attention or adjusting to your supervisor’s comments. We’ll refine the work until it meets the brief you agreed, ensuring the language and presentation match the standard expected of professional, publication-ready research papers.
