Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Choose “Manage subscription” on this page to open Stripe's secure customer portal, where you can cancel, change your card or download invoices. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Does the weekly pass renew?
Yes. The weekly pass renews every 7 days until you cancel. If you only need it for one deadline, cancel straight after you subscribe and Pro stays active for the week.
How are payments taken?
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, and by Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see or store your card details. Stripe emails your receipts.
Is VAT added?
No. No VAT is added, so the price shown is the price you pay.
How do I use Pro on another device?
There is no password. On any tool page, verify the same email you subscribed with using the 6-digit code we send, and your Pro limits apply. One subscription works on up to 2 devices; a device you have not used for 7 days frees its place automatically.
Do you give refunds?
You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
